Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients to buy
- ☐2 clovesGarlic
- ☐1 tbspWhite wine vinegar
- ☐1Lemon
- ☐1/4 cupMayonnaise
- ☐1/4 cupParmesan cheese (grated)
Equipment needed
- ☐2 cupPyrex measuring cup
- Mince garlic.
- Mix with vinegar in measuring cup. Let sit for 10 min.
- Then, add and mix the:
- Juice from the lemon (add pulp if desired)
- 2 tsp of lemon zest
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- Add to cut romaine hearts and croutons, toss.
- Sprinkle some additional parmesan over the tossed salad.
Dressing leftovers will last in the fridge for about 5 days.
