Crock Pot Mac and Cheese w/ Garlic Chicken

Ingredients to buy
- ☐1 lbChicken breast tenders (boneless)
- ☐3 cupsChicken broth (710 mL)
- ☐16 ozPasta noodles (cellentani or other kind)
- ☐12 ozShredded cheese (or see below)
- ☐4 ozCream cheese
Equipment needed
- ☐12 inNon-stick skillet
- ☐~Crock pot
For the cheese, you can also blend 6oz white cheddar and 6oz yellow cheddar.
- Add to crock pot:
- Chicken
- Broth
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Garlic powder (1 tsp)
- Salt (1/4 tsp)
- Pepper (1/8 tsp)
- Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours, or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with forks.
- Return chicken to crock pot, and add:
- Noodles
- Shredded cheese
- Cream cheese
- Stir well to coat noodles.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir twice during this time.
- Pasta is done when liquid is absorbed and paste is al dente.
- You can add more liquid if desired, 1/2 cup at a time.
