Lasagna with Meat

Ingredients
- ☐32 ozRicotta
- ☐32 ozShredded mozzarella
- ☐8 ozGrated parmesan
- ☐6 lbsStew beef
- ☐72 ozTomato sauce
- ☐18 ozBarilla oven-ready Lasagna noodles
- ☐6 boxesMushrooms
- ☐3 sticksButter
- ☐1Basil (large bunch)
- ☐1Italian parsley bunch
- ☐~Bay leaves
Equipment needed
- ☐12 inNon-stick skillet
- ☐~Large pot
- ☐~InstaPot
- Cube the meat, brown it with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a separate large pot.
- Add mushrooms and salt. Let the mushrooms cook down. Stir.
- Pressure cook the beef for 30 minutes.
