- ☐2 lbFingerling potatoes
- ☐4 clovesGarlic

Equipment needed
- ☐LargeBaking sheet
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mince the garlic.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise.
- Combine the potatoes and garlic. Coat in oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts in oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Grease the pan.
- Arrange cutlets and potatoes in the pan.
- Bake for 30 min until potatoes are tender and chicken reaches 165 deg.
- If desired, broil or use the flame burner at the end for extra roasty flavor.
