Salt Potatoes

Ingredients
- ☐4 lbsBaby Yukon Gold or Fingerling Potatoes
- ☐2.25 cupsSalt
- ☐8 cupsWater
Equipment needed
- ☐LargeCooking pot
- As the water heats, stir in the salt.
- Boil the potatoes in the solution.
- Reduce to medium heat once boiled.
- Simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
- Drain potatoes into collander, let them rest until salt water to crystalizes onto potatoes.
- Serve with melted butter.
