Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- ☐2 tspHot yellow mustard (German)
- ☐3 tbspOlive oil
- ☐2 tbspWhite vinegar
- ☐1/2 cupMayonnaise
Ingredients to buy
- ☐2 cansWild albacore tuna
- ☐1/2Medium yellow onion
- ☐2Celery stalks (plus leaves)
- ☐~Dill
Equipment needed
- ☐SmallStainless steel mixing bowl
- Finely chop onion and celery (stalk and leaves). Put in bowl.
- Add tuna to bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and dill.
- Add to bowl and mix until well blended:
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Oil
- Vinegar
- Season to taste.
